I could not fault the experience I had with you with bringing my 5 year old Siberian Husky Ishka from Sydney to Boston during a global pandemic! Ishka arrived from such a long journey and was so happy and so excited and healthy! It was an instant relief! I have been so delayed in giving a review as I have no been happier with having my girl by my side and enjoying every moment with her! You knew the sheer importance of a dog on the lives it touches and you went beyond and above for my precious girl who is like my child! I would never hesitate to recommend you to anyone! I’m so thankful!

When you have pets to relocate internationally, hiring a service to assist with transport is an absolute necessity. This is particularly the case when moving from the US to the UK. We chose Starwood on a recommendation of someone who had used their service before and we sure are glad that we did. They were with us every step of the way, answering dozens of questions and providing details that broke down complex requirements into easy to understand steps, while also working directly with our vets (we had multiple!) to make sure all of the needed documentation met the stringent standards of the UK government. Everyone we worked with was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable which made the process smooth and much easier than if we tried to do this on our own. Do yourself a favor and strongly consider their services, we couldn’t have done it without them!

My experience with Starwood was very pleasant - easy communication and seamless planning and execution. Every person I dealt with on both ends of the journey explained the process and customs requirements in detail and answered my innumerable questions with good humor. The Starwood agent was very helpful when Cody arrived at Heathrow airport as well. There was inaccurate information on one of the vaccine certificates. The agent worked with me and my dog, Cody’s veterinarian back in Boston to expedite his release. During the whole process he continued to assure me that Cody was well and getting good care from the attendants.
Overall, I would highly recommend Starwood to anyone who wanted to move their pets. Thank you Starwood team for making Cody’s travel experience as stress free as possible. He was back to his goofy self in no time! 🙂Awesome work! 💪

We chose to handle most of the Health Certificate process ourselves, both being veterinarians, but Sarah was there to guide us through it all. The pets arrived healthy and happy and everyone involved with their very long journey seemed to truly care about them.
